amazing experience!

I found the treatment quite unfriendly. i even have an invitation from a past dinner. i had numerous dinners at the restaurant in prior years, but this visit's service left much to be desired. terrible.

Really good Service and Historical Charm

I enjoyed the convenience of iPad-controlled lights and curtains in my suite. The suite had a parlor, a bedroom, and a well-appointed bathroom. Ground level shops, including a whisky merchant and jewelry stores, added convenience. The hotel has beautiful timber details and a glowing white facade.
The hotel tour was limited to the lobby area. I would have preferred access to more areas, like guest rooms. More access would enhance the tour experience.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of international cuisines. There is an excellent array of options, and I was impressed. I noticed staff were attentive and quick in refilling stations, so everything looked fresh and appetizing.

The Writers Bar and the Tiffin restaurant offered excellent service. I enjoyed the pool every day. The suite had delicious chocolates (I ate them all!).
The selection of available television channels was somewhat limited.
